"Some people walk in the rain,
              others just get wet."

What to Expect

When Contacting us
When you call for the first time you will likely get our voicemail system. Please leave a message indicating your name, number and a good time to reach you. Also, indicate whether we can leave a message with our name and contact information.

Voicemail

We will be checking voicemail and returning messages in the early morning and in the evening everyday. You should not have to wait longer than 24 hours to get a returned call.

On Your Initial call

You should be prepared to communicate the reason for your call, available times and dates to meet. You should also be prepared to ask the therapist questions. In some cases, the therapist responding may not be the actual therapist who will be working with your family. This may be so because getting to know your family’s needs allows us to match you up with the best suited therapist. If after speaking with the intake therapist you decide that you would like to schedule an appointment, the intake therapist will pass along your information for your assigned therapist to call you and arrange an appointment.

At Your Initial appointment

Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out some initial paperwork.
